Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day your order was received. Returns are accepted if items are unused, unwashed, in original packaging and with tags attached.

Return costs

Sweden: 49 SEK. 

Orders outside Sweden: no return label included — the customer pays and arranges return shipping. Returns and complaints must be sent as letters/parcels, not cash on delivery.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges of the same item. Contact us first to confirm stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method as the original order. If an item is returned in worse condition due to handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to deduct a value reduction.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover shipping and handling.
